Will I have to sign a contract? Yes. This is to
safeguard the business’s private data
and ensure smooth functioning of teams.
If at any point you want to discuss personal circumstances, you can contact the core team members.
You can indicate your interest and we’ll try our best to match you with the right business. However, this cannot
be guaranteed.
Expected 4-5 hours
per week
We expect a minimum time commitment every week, but you can adjust based on individual projects.
Once you sign on a project, we expect you to remain with us till its completion. If in any case you need to leave midway, we will try our
best to accommodate
your request.
You can choose to exit or join another business project after initial project.
Will I be paid?
Only in experience!
Time commitment is entirely up to the mentor: we expect a minimum of one mid-way and one final check which would amount to 2-3 hours per project.
Every project is estimated to span over 4 weeks.
Further involvement is appreciated but
not necessary.
Mentors can continue to associate with Unlock for future projects or exit after the first one.
Mentors can also choose to be a part of multiple projects at once.
Any personal
communication between
the mentor and student
consultants beyond
the scope of the project,
would be at their own discretion.

Can be modified on a case
to case basis during the onboarding process.
Students are expected to deliver a minimum number of hours per week and encouraged to commit to the exact timeline of specific projects.
No fees or costs involved on our end. It is at your discretion whether to proceed with the idea.
Scope and industries covered are subjected to evolve
over time.
